Do I lose my points when I make a return?
You earn points on dollars spent. If you make a return and get a refund, the points will automatically be deducted from your account.
Does my Tier Status expire?
If you make it to a higher tier, you will retain that tier status for at least 12 months. To retain the status after 12 months, you must meet the spend requirements yearly, otherwise you will be demoted to a lower status.
Do Rewards Coupons expire?
Yes, coupons redeemed using loyalty points expire within 30days. If you redeem a coupon and it expires, we will not add the points back to your account and the points will be lost.
Can I return my order if I redeemed points for discounts?
Yes, you can return your order. However, if you used loyalty points to get a discount, those points will not be refunded. If you have any questions or concerns, our customer service team will be happy to help.
