I typed the wrong address and my order has already shipped, can I do anything?Updated 2 months ago
Unfortunately, if your order has already shipped, we’re unable to change the address. In most cases, the courier will return the package to us.
Once we receive it back, a team member will reach out—or you can contact us in advance to provide the correct address. You’ll need to cover the reshipping fee, and we’ll send you a secure link to complete payment.
Please note:
We cannot issue refunds for lost orders due to incorrect addresses.
