My order was delivered but I still haven’t received it, what can I do?Updated 2 months ago

Start by checking with anyone you live with—they may have accepted the delivery. Also check:

  • Your community mailbox or parcel locker (if applicable)
  • With neighbors or your building manager

Still no sign of your package? Reach out via Live Chat and we’ll investigate the issue with the courier and help resolve it.

Important: We have 90 days from the delivery date to file a lost package claim. If you contact us after that window, we won’t be able to issue a refund or replacement—so don’t wait to get in touch!
