My package arrived damage, what can I do?Updated 2 months ago

We’re so sorry to hear that! If your package was damaged during transit and your items were affected, please contact us right away with the following:


  • Your order number
  • A list of damaged items
  • A photo clearly showing the packaging damage


Photos are essential—without one, we won’t be able to file a claim with the carrier and can only offer store credit. With a photo, we’ll gladly send a replacement or issue a refund
