Why do I get an error message when I try to initiate a return?Updated 2 months ago


If you're seeing an error, it’s likely due to the format of your order number.


When entering your order number in our returns center, make sure to include the # symbol before the number.

For example, type #1234 instead of just 1234.


👉 Without the #, the system won’t recognize your order and the return process won’t start.
